Master Facility List

The Division of Health Information Systems (HIS) works with the Provincial Health Records Information Officers (PHRIO) and District Health Records Information Officers (DHRIO) to maintain a list of health facilities in Kenya.

The list was last updated on 8th February 2010 through the facility inventory (MOH715) exercise where DHRIOs report on the facilities in their district. The DHRIOs also send updates periodically << read more >>
